Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website and click on any items you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on `ORDER` and you will be asked for a few details we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept the following payments:- PayPal - Select PayPal as a payment option when ordering, then remit the total amount payable to our dedicated e.mail address - sales@eyebright.biz U.K. cheques or postal orders - we accept U.K. cheques or postal orders, made payable to `Eyebright`

Please note personal cheques can only be accepted when drawn in £ sterling from a UK clearing bank. Overseas cheques cannot be accepted. Credit, Debit cards - payments can be made securely through this website or you can telephone/fax your card details to us.

If you select to send a U.K. cheque this will take five working days to clear before we can dispatch the goods to you.

Delivery Shipping and handling - You will be notified of the actual postage charges as you proceed through the PayPal check out area. You are not committed to any purchase until you enter your payment details.

Purchases within the U.K. are delivered by overnight courier or Post Office Recorded Delivery. All deliveries must be signed for - if you think you may not be in on the day of delivery please let us know of any special delivery instructions e.g. `leave at neighbours house - quoting the house number'. We will deliver as quickly as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. delivery may take up to 28 days.

Credit Card security - we know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. When you place an order on line we use a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all information you input, including your credit card details, before it is sent to us. Furthermore we are required by the U.K. data protection act 1984 to follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us.

Eyebright do not disclose buyers information to any third parties under any circumstances. If we have important information or require information from you we will contact you by email or post.

Any shortage or transit damaged item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We offer a 30 day exchange policy on items provided they are in a resaleable condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct our shipping charges from your refund unless the reason for return was an error on our part. Any refunds will be processed by us within three working days upon receipt of return goods.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

If the item is in stock it will be delivered within 7 days for destinations in the UK, 7 to 15 days in Europe, and up to 28 days in the rest of the world. If after this time you have still not received your order, contact our Customer Service Department quoting your name and date of purchase:

Can I exchange an item?


Yes you can. Simply return it to us in its original condition, enclosing your invoice, within 30 days from date of invoice. On receipt we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You can place a new order online or contact our Customer Service Department who will be happy to do it for you. You will have to pay for the delivery charge for the new item and for returning the item to us.

What is your returns policy?

We operate a 'no-quibbles' guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days from date of invoice. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

What are my rights under the Distance Selling Regulations?

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition.
You should notify us with your name and date of purchase. Post the securely packaged goods back to the Returns Department straight away using a recorded delivery service.
We will reimburse you in full on receipt of the returned goods in our warehouse. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error).

When do I get my refund once I've returned an item?

Your credit card will normally be refunded within 5 days of your return being received in our warehouse.

All electrical goods are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.
